• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND needs

• Help children build confidence, resilience, and emotional regulation

• Work closely with teachers to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom

• Support both academic progress and personal growth

✅ Requirements:

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH needs

• A caring, patient, and calm approach

• An Enhanced Child only DBS (or willingness to apply)

• Able to commute to Neasden / Brent
