Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons that inspire curiosity and promote achievement.
Contribute to curriculum design and development to ensure consistently high standards.
Monitor, track, and support student progress, identifying and addressing any gaps in learning.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop resources, assessments, and enrichment opportunities.
Create a positive classroom environment where pupils are challenged, supported, and motivated to succeed.
Experience and Skills Required:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant Science specialism.
Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach across KS3-KS4 (KS5 desirable).
A passion for Science and commitment to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
Excellent organisational, communication, and classroom management skills.
A reflective and collaborative approach to professional development.
