Special Needs Teachers - Hertfordshire
Are you a passionate and dedicated Special Needs Teacher ready to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional learning needs?
We're excited to be working with a number of inclusive and welcoming schools across Hertfordshire, who are seeking multiple full-time Special Needs Teachers to join their supportive teams.

The Role:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring and individualised lessons for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and supported.
* Assess, record, and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
* Collaborate closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure each pupil thrives.
* Promote pupils' academic, social, and emotional development through creativity, care, and consistency.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent experience supporting pupils with special educational needs.
* A strong understanding of inclusive and differentiated teaching practices.
* A patient, proactive, and compassionate approach to supporting individual needs.
* Full-time availability, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
