Job description

Envision Education is currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in St. Albans. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday (8:30am-3:30pm), with an immediate start available.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children and is looking to further develop their experience within a school setting.

This role will involve:

  • Providing in-class support within a mainstream setting.
  • Supporting pupils with a range of abilities to access the curriculum.
  • Delivering small group and 1:1 interventions in Maths and English.
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
