Job description
Are you looking for a permanent Teaching Assistant role where you can truly make a difference in children's lives? Do you have experience working in a school setting supporting pupils with SEND?
If so, apply now! We are working with a fantastic SEND school in Ware, currently seeking a Permanent SEND Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team immediately.
Please note: Previous experience working in a school as a Teaching Assistant is essential.
The Role:
Support pupils with SEND in their learning and overall development
Prepare the classroom for lessons and assist with tidying up afterwards
Motivate and encourage children to reach their full potential
Provide support both within the classroom and on a 1:1 basis as needed
Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
Available to work Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 4:00pm
Must have recent, referenceable experience working with children
Must live in or be able to commute to Ware
Hold a valid Enhanced Child & Adult DBS (or be willing to apply for one)
Graduates are welcome to apply, provided you have some relevant experience with children

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience, and skills.
