The school is now seeking a caring and proactive SEND Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support on a 1:1 and small group basis, enabling pupils to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualised support to pupils with SEND, both in the classroom and during targeted group sessions.
Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive, and accessible lessons.
Monitor and record pupil progress, sharing meaningful feedback with staff and families.
Create a positive, supportive learning environment that promotes confidence, independence, and resilience.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience supporting children in a school or care setting.
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Ability to commute to or reside in Hemel Hempstead.
