We are proud to be working with a supportive and inclusive SEND school in Hemel Hempstead, where every child's learning journey is placed at the heart of everything they do. The school is looking for a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils with special educational needs to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

What You'll Do:

Provide dedicated support to pupils with SEND in class and during small group activities.
Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Monitor and record pupil progress, giving constructive feedback to teachers and parents.

What You'll Need:

Previous experience working with children in a school or care setting.
A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
Ability to commute to or reside in Hemel Hempstead.
