We are delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Welwyn Garden City that is seeking a SEND Teaching & Learning Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, perfect for someone who is committed, compassionate, and enthusiastic about supporting pupils with SEND.

What You'll Do:

Provide support across a range of year groups, including pupils with SEND.
Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to individual needs.
Work closely with teachers to help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
Offer personalised, empathetic support to encourage both academic progress and emotional growth.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children in a UK school setting.
Confidence in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, particularly SEND.
Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm.
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Reside in or be able to commute to Welwyn Garden City.
