SEND Teaching Assistant - EYFS / Reception
Primary School | Kingston upon Thames
A mainstream primary school in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Early Years and Reception with complex needs.
You will be working with a small group of 5-6 pupils, supporting them to integrate into their classrooms while helping to establish routines, structure and engagement with learning.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 4:00pm
Key responsibilities:
Support pupils in Early Years and Reception with complex SEND
Work with a small group of 5-6 pupils across classroom settings
Support pupils to integrate into mainstream lessons
Establish and reinforce daily routines and expectations
Support learning, behaviour regulation and engagement
Work closely with class teachers and the SEND team
Requirements:
Experience supporting pupils with SEND in EYFS or KS1
Confident supporting routines and transitions
Patient, proactive and reliable approach
