SEND Teaching Assistants are a valued part of the team, working both in and out of the classroom to support pupils and help them thrive. The school offers a wide range of training in SEND, and many previous TAs have progressed onto teacher training through internal pathways.
What's on offer:
Ongoing CPD, coaching and tailored support to help you develop
Career progression routes including teacher training and leadership opportunities
Access to on-site amenities, fitness facilities, and staff well-being sessions
Whether you're an aspiring teacher, a recent graduate, or someone looking to gain school experience, this is a brilliant stepping stone into education.
