Level 3 Nursery Nurse / Teaching Assistant

We are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in West London that is seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse to join their on site nursery provision. This role involves supporting young children's early development within a structured, nurturing environment and working closely with the class teacher and wider staff team.

Key Responsibilities for a Level 3 Nursery Nurse / Teaching Assistant:
* Support the learning, play and development of children within the nursery setting.
* Assist in delivering age appropriate activities that support early years development.
* Promote a safe, caring and inclusive environment for all children.
* Support children's social, emotional and communication development.
* Work closely with the class teacher and other staff to support daily routines.
* Observe children's progress and contribute to record keeping where required.
* Follow safeguarding procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times.

For this role, you will have:
* A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Previous experience working in a nursery setting, either school based or private.
* A good understanding of early years development and learning through play.
* A caring, patient and proactive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* The ability to commute to the West London area.

Days and Hours of Work:
8:20 am - 3:40 pm, Monday to Friday

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
