We are delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Hemel Hempstead, currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone who is compassionate, proactive, and committed to helping pupils reach their full potential.

What You'll Do:

Provide support across the classroom, working with pupils of different ages and abilities, including those with SEND.
Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to individual learning needs.
Collaborate with teachers to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Offer personalised guidance that promotes confidence, resilience, and academic progress.

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children in a UK school setting.
Confidence in working with pupils with additional needs, particularly SEND.
Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Ability to commute to or live in Hemel Hempstead.
