Child Support Worker - Ruislip (Full-Time)

We are currently recruiting a committed Child Support Worker for a specialist school in Ruislip, supporting students with severe and complex learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and non-verbal communication needs. This is a Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with PMLD, including those who are non-verbal and wheelchair users
* Assist in delivering engaging, accessible activities that promote learning, independence, and emotional development
* Work alongside teachers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for each child
* Support with personal care and administer medication where required
* Build positive, trusting relationships to create a safe and nurturing environment

Requirements:

* Full-time availability (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:00pm)
* Confident supporting children or young adults with complex needs or PMLD
* Experience within SEND or care settings (references required)
* Hold or be willing to apply for a Child Only Enhanced DBS
* Local to Ruislip or able to commute reliably
* Strong communication skills, patience, and a compassionate approach
