This warm and welcoming school is known for its dynamic curriculum and passionate teaching team. They are now looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classrooms and play a key role in supporting pupils with SEND.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND, helping them thrive both academically and personally.

• Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to build a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

• Assist in the delivery of interactive and creative lessons that spark curiosity and learning.

• Observe, assess, and track pupil progress, offering meaningful feedback to staff and families.

• Reflect on your role and actively seek opportunities to develop your skills and grow professionally.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working in a primary school setting.

• Experience supporting children, backed by reliable references.

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

• Reside locally or have the ability to commute to Brent/Neasden.
