This warm and welcoming school is known for its dynamic curriculum and passionate teaching team. They are now looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classrooms and play a key role in supporting pupils with SEND.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND, helping them thrive both academically and personally.
Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to build a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Assist in the delivery of interactive and creative lessons that spark curiosity and learning.
Observe, assess, and track pupil progress, offering meaningful feedback to staff and families.
Reflect on your role and actively seek opportunities to develop your skills and grow professionally.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
Experience supporting children, backed by reliable references.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
Reside locally or have the ability to commute to Brent/Neasden.
