The school is seeking a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils reach their full potential.

✅ Your Role:

Provide individualised support for pupils with SEND in class and through targeted interventions
Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
Track and record progress, sharing meaningful feedback with staff and families
Create a positive, nurturing environment that builds confidence and independence

✅ What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children in a school or care environment
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Ability to commute to or live locally in Hemel Hempstead
