The school is seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching and Learning Assistant to provide essential support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

✅Your Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND, encouraging both academic and personal growth.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Support the delivery of interactive lessons across the curriculum to spark curiosity and participation.
Track pupil progress and share constructive feedback with staff and parents.
Reflect on your practice and take opportunities for ongoing professional development.

✅ What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children in a school or care environment.
A reference confirming your experience working with pupils.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Ability to commute to or live locally in Watford.
