The school is seeking a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant to provide personalised 1:1 and small group support, empowering pupils to reach their full potential.

✅ Your Responsibilities:

Provide individualised support to pupils with SEND, both in class and through targeted group interventions.
Collaborate with teachers to deliver creative, inclusive, and engaging lessons.
Monitor pupil progress, recording observations and sharing constructive feedback with staff and families.
Create a positive and nurturing learning environment that builds confidence, independence, and resilience.

✅ What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children in a school or care setting.
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Ability to commute to or live locally in Hemel Hempstead.
