The school is now seeking a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 and small group support, ensuring every child can reach their full potential. This role is a Full time position.

Provide personalised support to pupils with SEND in class and through small group sessions
Collaborate with teachers to deliver creative, engaging, and inclusive learning
Track pupil progress and share constructive feedback with staff and families
Create a nurturing environment that builds confidence, independence, and resilience

✅ What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children in a school or care environment
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Ability to commute to or live locally in Hemel Hempstead
