What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND as a Teaching Assistant
• Working alongside passionate staff to enrich the learning experience
• Supporting the delivery of fun, interactive, and engaging lessons as a Teaching Assistant
• Observing progress and giving valuable feedback to teachers and parents
• Reflecting on your practice and growing professionally every day as a Teaching Assistant

What You'll Need:

• Experience working with children in a school or care setting
• A reference to verify your experience
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
• Ability to commute to or live in Watford
