Job description

Teaching Assistant

We are partnering with a supportive, welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Ealing that is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role involves providing support across a range of classes, working closely with teachers and other support staff to support pupils' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant:
* Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support as a Teaching Assistant.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
* Observe and monitor pupils' progress and share feedback with teachers.
* Encourage pupils in their learning and support them in completing classroom activities.

For this role, you will have:
* Previous experience working in a school or supporting children.
* Experience working with children, with a reference to support it.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
* The ability to commute to Southall or live locally.

Pay Rate: £88.94 - £90 per day (PAYE), depending on experience.
