Teaching Assistant

Do you have recent experience as a Teaching Assistant? Are you local to Hayes and available long term in September?

We are looking for local Teaching Assistants to work in Primary and Secondary Schools in the Hayes, Hillingdon area. This will be a long term position from September, with possibilities of going permanent with the school. You need to have at least 6 months recent experience in a school setting, and ideally at least a Level 3 TA qualification.

The role:

• Work 1:1 and with groups of students
• Help to manage challenging behaviour
• Work closely with the class teacher
• Deliver interventions when required
• Work on own initiative

Requirements:

• Ideally Level 3 TA, or higher
• UK school based experience
• Good communication skills
• Live local to Hayes
