Job description

We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in a thriving school located in Feltham! This is a Full time role, Mon-Fri 8:30am to 4pm starting September 2024!

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is preferable, however you must have experience working with children in the UK

The Role:

  • Work with children in the class, in small groups and on occasion in a 1:1 setting as a Teaching Assistant
  • Support and assist SEND children in the classroom
  • Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment
  • Assist students with their educational, personal and social development
  • Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised as a Teaching Assistant

Requirements:

  • Must be willing with work with SEND children
  • Be available full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm
  • MUST have a full enhanced Child Only DBS or willing to get one
  • MUST have experience working with children in some form of capacity within the UK
  • Live local to the Feltham area or within a commutable distance
