The school is now seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching and Learning Assistant to provide essential support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

💡 Your Role:

Deliver 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND, helping them grow both academically and personally.
Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Support the delivery of fun and interactive lessons across the curriculum.
Track and record pupil progress, offering meaningful feedback to staff and parents.
Reflect on your practice and commit to continuous professional growth.

✅ What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children in a school or care setting.
A professional reference confirming your experience.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Ability to commute to or live locally in Watford.
