Special Needs Teaching Assistant - Brent

We are currently seeking dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant professionals for a full-time position at a Primary School in the Brent area. The role runs from 8:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start required.

Previous experience working with children in the UK is essential. While not mandatory, experience supporting pupils with SEND is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEND, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
Work closely with class teachers to create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Deliver tailored support based on individual needs, both in the classroom and around the school.
Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils with SEND.
Collaborate with other Special Needs Teaching Assistant staff and school professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

Requirements:

Available Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4pm.
Able to start ASAP as a SEND Teaching Assistant
Have a Child & Adult only DBS or willing to apply for one.
Experience working with SEND children.
Live in the Brent area or able to commute to the area.
