We are currently seeking a SEND Teaching & Learning Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Welwyn Garden City. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about helping pupils thrive both academically and personally.
Your Role Will Include:
Providing classroom support across multiple year groups, including pupils with SEND.
Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions, designed to support individual learning needs.
Working alongside teachers to promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Offering tailored, compassionate support that encourages both progress and confidence.
Who We're Looking For:
Someone with experience working with children in a UK educational setting.
Confident in supporting pupils with a variety of needs, particularly those with SEND.
Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm.
Holds a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one).
Resides in or can easily commute to Welwyn Garden City.
