Job description

Are you an experienced and passionate Nursery Teacher seeking a rewarding new role?
Our partner primary schol and nursery located in Hounslow is currently recruiting for a Qualified Nursery Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday.

As a Nursery Teacher at this setting, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework, supporting children's early development across communication, literacy, numeracy, and personal, social and emotional skills.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes independence, curiosity, and positive behaviour.
  • Observe, assess, and track children's progress, maintaining accurate records and adapting planning to meet individual needs, including providing SEND support where required.
  • Develop creative and stimulating learning experiences that encourage exploration and active participation.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, offering regular feedback on children's progress and supporting learning both in school and at home.
  • Work collaboratively with Nursery Practitioners and Teaching Assistants to ensure high-quality provision, safeguarding compliance, and a positive early years setting.
  • Uphold the nursery's values, ethos, and safeguarding policies at all times.

For this role, you will need to have:

  • Qualified to be a teacher in a nursery or early years setting.
    * Experience working within an EYFS or nursery environment.
    * A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
    * The ability to plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality early years teaching.
    * Experience observing, assessing, and recording children's progress.
    * The right to work in the UK.
    * A DBS on the update service or be willing to complete one.

Monday to Friday

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience, and skills.
