We're excited to be working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Hemel Hempstead, currently seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, perfect for someone who is compassionate, proactive, and eager to help pupils achieve their best.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide classroom support across different year groups, including pupils with SEND.
Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions, tailored to individual learning needs.
Work alongside teachers to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
Offer personalised support that builds confidence, resilience, and progress.

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children in a UK school setting.
Confidence in working with pupils who have additional needs, particularly SEND.
Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Ability to commute to or reside in Hemel Hempstead.
