Learning Support Assistant

Do you have experience supporting children with special needs as a Learning Support Assistant? Are you looking for a full-time and long term role in a school local to you?

Envision Education have partnered up with some great schools across the Hounslow and Richmond boroughs, who are seeking experienced Learning Support Assistants to support their pupils with SEND.

This is a long-term, full-time role and requires immediate availability.

About the role:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Provide general classroom support to the Teacher
• Lead intervention sessions
• Create a positive learning environment
• Foster behaviour management strategies

Requirements:

• 6 months of experience in a similar setting
• Experience with SEN is ideal
• TA qualification and / or Degree
• Team Teach is desirable
• Must be available full-time and long-term
