We are seeking multiple Learning Mentors to work in an fantastic SEN school in Radlett. The role is best for an individual who is confident in managing challenging behaviour and takes pride in seeing daily improvements in their students.

• Celebrate the achievements of all their pupils

The role:

• Provide the highest standard of support to Autistic children
• Promote Independence in all tasks
• Help in implementing and evaluating individual learning outcomes

Essential requirements:

• Experience working in an SEN school
• Be patient, caring and sensitive towards the needs of vulnerable people
• Drive, preferable
• Be a good listener, a team player, resilient
