We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and qualified HLTA to join a friendly and inclusive school in Abbots Langley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for supporting children with a range of needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs.
Use your skills to foster positive academic, emotional, and social development.
Build strong relationships with pupils, providing consistent emotional and learning support.
Support teaching staff in delivering an engaging and inclusive curriculum.
Contribute to a positive and stimulating classroom environment that supports all learners.

Requirements:

Must hold a Level 3 or Level 4 HLTA qualification.
Previous experience working in a school setting in the UK is essential.
Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm.
Must have or be willing to apply for an Enhanced Child Only DBS.
Must live in or be able to commute to Abbots Langley.
A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children.
