Job description

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and qualified HLTA to join a friendly and inclusive school in Abbots Langley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for supporting children with a range of needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs.

  • Use your skills to foster positive academic, emotional, and social development.

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, providing consistent emotional and learning support.

  • Support teaching staff in delivering an engaging and inclusive curriculum.

  • Contribute to a positive and stimulating classroom environment that supports all learners.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Level 3 or Level 4 HLTA qualification.

  • Previous experience working in a school setting in the UK is essential.

  • Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm.

  • Must have or be willing to apply for an Enhanced Child Only DBS.

  • Must live in or be able to commute to Abbots Langley.

  • A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children.
