The Role:

• Deliver engaging cover lessons for Teachers during PPA and TLR time
• Maintain excellent classroom management and foster positive relationships within the class
• Follow and adjust lesson plans to meet the needs of all children
• Deliver interventions to enable every child to make excellent progress
• Work closely with the class teacher to keep students engaged and motivated
• Assist with post COVID-19 Catch-Up Intervention for returning students

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a classroom support role
• A true passion for providing high quality education
• Great communication and listening skills
• The ability to work closely as part of a team
• Live locally or be able to commute to Harrow
• Able to work full time from September
• A positive, energetic apporach to education
