Job Title: Cover Supervisor - Hounslow
Location: Hounslow, London
Salary: £100 - £130 per day

About the Role:

Envision Education are looking for experienced and confident Cover Supervisors to join our network of schools across Hounslow. This is an exciting opportunity for adaptable and reliable individuals who can step into classrooms across various subjects and year groups.

This role will involve daily supply work, where you may be called from 7:00am onwards for same-day bookings. Flexibility and reliability are key, as schools depend on you to maintain a positive learning environment in the teacher's absence.

We are particularly seeking candidates with strong subject knowledge in areas such as English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or PE, as subject specialisms are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons across KS3 - KS5, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
Confidently manage behaviour in line with school policies, maintaining a calm and controlled classroom environment.
Adapt quickly to different subjects and school settings.
Support students' learning and respond to questions when required.
Report back to teaching staff on student progress and classroom conduct.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor is essential.
Strong behaviour management skills and confidence leading classes independently.
Subject specialism(s) in core or foundation subjects.
Must be available from 7:00am for daily bookings and able to start immediately.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
