The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND, helping them achieve both academically and personally.

• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

• Assist in delivering engaging, hands-on lessons that inspire curiosity and participation.

• Track and observe pupil progress, giving meaningful feedback to staff and families.

• Reflect on your practice and take opportunities to develop your skills.

What You'll Need:

• Previous experience in a UK primary school.

• Background in supporting children, with strong references.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

• Ability to commute to Brent/Neasden.
