Job description

*** We are Recruiting a Teaching Assistant for an Immediate Start ***

The School:

  • The curriculum is personalised for each individual to help with their learning development .
  • Classroom sizes are small to provide the pupils with the support they require.

The Role:

  • As a Teaching Assistant you will need to support pupils in a 1:1 capacity within this position.
  • Support pupils with their initial growth and development as a Teaching Assistant
  • Support children who have Autism
  • Build a rapport with each child and provide emotional support as a Teaching Assistant

Requirements:

  • Available to work 08:45 to 15:45, Monday to Friday
  • Recent experience working with children in a school or alternate environment is preferential but you must have previous experience with children in some capacity
  • Enjoy working with SEN children.
  • Already have or willing to apply for a Child Only enhanced DBS
