Teaching Assistant - Hayes

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to work in a fantastic school in the Hayes area! This role as a Teaching Assistant requires you to support SEN children with their learning and development, especially 1:1 support.

To be considered for this role as a Teaching Assistant, you will need to be open to working with SEN children given this role along with many of the roles within the Hayes area. Ideally professional experience is preferred for this position but if you have with children in the past 2 years in some capacity then feel free to apply!

The Role:

• Teaching Assistant to support children with SEN
• Within this role, you will be working with children to support their learning and development
• Work with children 1:1 and in small groups to support their development
• Contribute to a safe and stimulating learning environment
• As a Teaching Assistant, supporting the Class Teacher in preparing lesson materials will be another key component of this role

Requirements:

• Ideally have previous experience with SEN children
• Have a caring and supportive nature to thrive as a Teaching Assistant
• Either live local to Hayes or within a commutable distance
• Be available to work full time, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4pm
• It is preferred to have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, though not essential
