Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND.

• Work collaboratively with dedicated staff to foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

• Assist in delivering fun, interactive lessons across the curriculum.

• Monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback to teachers and parents.

• Reflect on your practice and engage in ongoing professional development as a Teaching Assistant.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children in a school or care setting.

• A reference to verify your experience.

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

• The ability to commute to or live in Watford.
