This welcoming school is now seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide essential support for pupils with SEND.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND, helping them thrive academically and personally.
Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive environment.
Assist in delivering fun, interactive lessons across the curriculum.
Monitor and record pupil progress, offering constructive feedback to both teachers and parents.
Reflect on your practice and commit to ongoing professional development.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children in a school or care setting.
A professional reference to confirm your experience.
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
The ability to commute to or reside in Watford.
