The Role:

  • Provide support across various classes, including those with pupils who have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

  • Work closely with pupils on a one-to-one basis and/or in small groups as a SEND Teaching Assistant.

  • Collaborate with teaching staff to help create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

  • Offer consistent support while recognising and responding to the individual needs of each pupil.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience working with children in a school or care setting

  • A reference to verify your experience

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)

  • Ability to commute to or live in Watford
