A welcoming and inclusive SEND school in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone compassionate, proactive, and patient, who's committed to helping pupils reach their full potential both academically and emotionally.

✅ Role Overview:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND.
Assist teachers in creating engaging, inclusive, and accessible lessons.
Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and resilience.
Track and record progress, sharing feedback with staff and families.

✅ Requirements:

Experience supporting children in a school or care setting.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Able to commute to or live locally in Hemel Hempstead.
Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm.
