Job description
We are recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants in the Hayes area! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a SEND School that supports students with various needs. This school has a range of facilities, offering Speech and Language therapy along with Occupational Therapy to their students.
You must have experience working with children in the UK, ideally in a classroom environment and be open to working with SEND students.
The role:
- Assist children in their learning and growth as a Teaching Assistant
- As a Teaching Assistant you will contribute to creating a safe, supportive & engaging learning environment
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised as a Teaching Assistant
- Work 1:1 with the children to ensure they achieve their developmental milestones
Requirements:
- Available Immediately!
- Experience working in a secondary school as Teaching Assistant and supporting students with SEND
- Willing to support SEN children as a Teaching Assistant
- MUST have a CHILD ONLY DBS or willing to get one
- Have experience with children in some capacity in the UK where you can provide a reference for
- Live local to Hayes or within a commutable distance
