We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a SEND Teaching & Learning Assistant to join a friendly and supportive school in Welwyn Garden City, starting immediately.

The Role:

  • Provide classroom support across various year groups, including pupils with SEND

  • Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to help students reach their full potential

  • Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment

  • Offer consistent, compassionate support tailored to individual student needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children in a UK educational setting

  • Confidence in supporting pupils with a range of abilities, including those with SEND

  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm

  • A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Ability to commute to or reside in Welwyn Garden City
