We're excited to be working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Welwyn Garden City, seeking a SEND Teaching & Learning Assistant to join their team. This temp-to-perm role is perfect for someone caring, committed, and eager to support children's academic and personal development.

Your Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND.
Assist teachers in creating an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
Deliver tailored interventions to close learning gaps.
Support pupils' progress both academically and emotionally.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children in a UK school.
Confidence in supporting pupils with SEND.
Full-time availability: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:00pm.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
Based in or able to commute to Welwyn Garden City.
