SEN Teaching Assistant

Do you have experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant? Are you live local to Radlett and available full time?

We are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a lovely SEN School, based in Radlett. This is a full time, Monday to Friday position, working term time - with the possibility of becoming a permanent member of staff in the school. Behaviour management training is provided, however it is ideal if you have prior experience supporting SEN pupils. Parking is also available on site.

The role:

  • Support students with Autism on a 1:1 basis
  • Work closely outside agencies, such as OT's
  • Use your own initiative and creativity to support pupils
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ensure safety for all pupils

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with ASD and related disorders
  • Ideally, 6 months of experience working in a school setting
  • Good understanding of supporting SEN pupils
  • Live local to Radlett
