Job description

Are you an experienced SEN TA? Do you live local to Radlett, and able to start a new, exciting role immediately?

We are looking for SEN TA's who have experience supporting those with special educational needs, whether in a class setting or outside of it. The role is to work in a fantastic all through SEN School based in Radlett, in a long term to permanent position. Parking is available on site, and training is provided.

The role:

  • Work 1:1 with SEN pupils
  • Follow behaviour management plans
  • Support fellow TA's and the class teacher
  • Help to create an inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of ASD
  • Experience as a TA or Carer
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Live local to Radlett
