Recruitment Resourcer in Education

West London - Hybrid Working

£22k basic which increases after 3 month probation to £24k with great commission earning potential.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you are a vital part of our team and we will reward you generously via our commission scheme each time we place a candidate who you have recruited.

The role:

This is a 180 recruitment role and your job will be to source and interview Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Special Needs Support Staff, administrative staff and other education professionals for work in schools. You will work closely alongside recruitment consultants to support them in providing the highest quality candidates to schools across London.

You will be someone who is proactive and friendly, and you will work hard to develop and manage candidates relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Our hiring criteria;

  • A can do and self motivated attitude, you must be able to use your own initiative
  • A degree is preferable (though not essential with previous experience)
  • A clear communicator who is comfortable talking to candidates at all levels of their career
  • IT proficient and an excellent command of written English
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Previous education or recruitment experience would be a bonus
