Nursery Assistant - Montessori Setting | Ealing (W5)
Are you an experienced Nursery Assistant with a background in Montessori education? A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Nursery Assistant to join a warm and welcoming Montessori nursery in Ealing (W5) on a full-time, year-round basis.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early years education and is eager to grow within a structured, child-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 in line with Montessori principles
Provide hands-on assistance in small group and 1:1 activities
Help maintain a calm, engaging, and organised classroom environment
Assist with daily routines including meal and nap times, creative play, and outdoor learning
Communicate clearly and positively with children, staff, and parents
Requirements:
Must have Montessori experience (6 months to 1 year)
A good command of English is essential
Must be available to work 7:45am - 5:15pm, Monday to Friday
Commitment to a year-round position (not term-time only)
Willing to undergo a Child-Only Enhanced DBS check or already hold one
