We have been operating for almost 8 years, and serve schools across London, supplying teachers and SEN support staff on a short term, long term and permanent basis.

Following the recent success of new initiatives brought about within the company, we are seeking a Marketing Executive to work alongside the Director and senior members of the team to develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to support the growth of our customers.

Over the past year, we've invested in working with a social media marketing company helping raise our profile within the recruitment industry, as well as within the education sector. We are now seeking an experience marketeer, who will be working alongside this company to help take our ideas forward and raise our profile even further. You will receive lots of support, and at the same time, we are seeking a candidate who already has experience and a track record in preparing and delivering marketing initiatives.

We anticipate the Marketing Executive to work around 25 to 30 hours per week.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Work with the MD to develop and implement a strategic marketing plan, setting out long term objectives and KPI's, alongside short term tactics for both clients and candidates
  • Use marketing knowledge to identify marketing channels such as social media, website content, advertising and PR
  • Work with current social media company to understand objectives and raise profile further
  • Write new content for blogs and various other pages on website
  • Responsible for building brand awareness in line with company culture, identity and core values
  • Set up, produce and send email marketing campaigns
  • Write and distribute press releases
  • Manage and update website content including creating new pages and ensuring page content is optimised for SEO
  • Monitor and manage website performance using Google Analytics to track key metrics
  • Write client and candidate testimonials and case studies and promote where necessary
  • Working with external marketing agency
  • Manage marketing budget and recommend appropriate spend

Knowledge and Experience:


  • Experience working in a marketing-focused environment
  • Experience of creating, implementing, and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent writing skills for both on and offline
  • Highly IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft 365
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and also independently


  • Experience of working with multiple target audiences
  • Experience of working with a range of marketing software applications e.g. social media scheduling tools, design applications
  • Experience of working with external agencies to brief, manage and coordinate activities
  • Experience of working with Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Experience of working with a professional services organisation
