Job description

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic SEN school in Southall. As a Learning Support Assistant you will be required to support children with autism and behavioural difficulties, with the ideal candidate having previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant and also has worked with children before.

The Role:

  • Support children with autism and behavioural difficulties
  • Assist children at the Primary School age
  • Encourage their development into independent learners
  • Promote positive behaviour at all times
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children
  • Availability to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
  • Devoted and caring personality
  • Must feel comfortable working in an SEN school
  • Either live in Southall and within a commutable distance
