Learning Support Assistant

Do you live local to Hayes? Are you an experience Learning Support Assistant?

Envision Education are looking for passionate LSA's to work across Primary schools within the borough of Hillingdon, and more particularly around the Hayes area. Ideally you will have experience in a school setting, supporting SEN pupils and have a desire to continue in the education sector.

Our roles are on an immediate basis, and full time so please get in touch if this sounds like the perfect role for you!

The role:

• Support SEN pupils on a 1:1 basis
• Provide feedback to the class teacher on pupil progress
• Help to manage behaviour in the class
• Develop strong rapport with students and create an inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Level 3 TA, or higher
• At least 6 months experience working with SEN pupils
• Able to work well as past of a team
• Live local to Hayes, Hillingdon
