Learning Support Assistant - Feltham
We are currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic school in Feltham. If you would like to work as a Learning Support Assistant in an outstanding primary school where the well being, social and emotion needs and progress of children is their primary focus, then this the job for you!
You will be a part of the school's supportive Early Years team as a Learning Support Assistant and your duties will include working with children in small groups and on occasion a 1:1 capacity. You will be supporting the class teacher with with daily activities such as setting up and carrying out focused tasks.

The Role:
- Assist the the Class Teacher with setting up and carrying out daily activities with children as a Learning Support Assistant
- Actively create a stimulating environment as a Learning Support Assistant
- Support and assist children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
- Motivate and encourage students to achieve their full potential
- Supporting children who needs extra support to complete tasks
Requirements:
- AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY FOR A FULLTIME ROLE!
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with students and teachers
- Active listening skills and strong verbal communication skills are essential to building positive relationships with pupils and understanding their needs.
- Ability to provide varying levels of individual attention, reassurance and support for the pupils
